The hotel grounds were kept very clean. I saw staff attending to the pool areas regularly. The main lobby area had a luxurious feel. It was beautiful with lots of lovely staff around.

the food felt repetitive. I didn't think it tasted nice. the food tasted like it had been there for days. the drinks were the same and often terrible.

The breakfast offered a huge selection of choices. Mahmoud Saied at the bar provided a very cute greeting whenever I walked by. He always acknowledged me even when I was not there for his cocktails.

I noticed one day the cleaner only left one towel in the bathroom. No extra toilet paper was present. Coffee and milk were absent even though tea bags and sugar were in my room.

The gym has several modern machines. I counted five treadmills and three elliptical trainers. The hotel offers multiple pools. One pool is located on the roof and provides a panoramic view.
